Wheel & Tire Cleaning Concentrate

Simoniz Whistle Clean is an effective wheel and tire cleaning agent recommended for use in tunnel washes. This high-pH, alkaline formula has a suggested dilution rate from 17:1 to 10:1. Use in applications where wheels and tires are wet when they reach the wheel and tire cleaning stage. Sold in a fifty-five-gallon drum.
