Garantía Labor y Piezas: 30 días de labor y piezas remplazadas por The Detail Culture desde el dia que se entrega el equipo reparado al cliente. Las limpiezas y flushing no tienen garantía.
Proceso de entrega y reparación de máquinas
1. Al llegar a nuestra tienda debe traer su máquina y reportar los problemas que está presentando la misma. El empleado es el encargado de llenar un Work Order Form en el que se especifica cuál es la razón del chequeo de la máquina. Incluye su nombre, número de teléfono, fecha de entrega del equipo y el modelo de la máquina.
2. De acuerdo al problema que usted presente sobre la máquina, el empleado le notificará si es necesario que, junto a la máquina, se entregue también la manga. Si accede, se deja una nota en el documento especificando que junto a la máquina estará la manga. (Esto no aplica para pulidoras)
3. Una vez que los documentos estén con la información requerida, se le cobrará el check up que equivale a veintinueve dólares ($29). Debe pagar los veintinueve dólares ($29) antes del chequeo de la máquina, pues esto asegura su turno. El tiempo estimado del chequeo de la máquina varía en cuanto a la cantidad de máquinas presentes en nuestro taller.
4. Si le urge la máquina puede considerar nuestro turno expreso. Esto quiere decir, que su máquina será la próxima en ser atendida. Si accede al turno expreso, serían noventa y cinco dólares ($95) adicionales. En caso de que no acceda al turno expreso, su máquina estaría en espera hasta llegar su turno.
5. De acuerdo a la condición de la máquina se le puede ofrecer nuestro servicio de limpieza y flushing. Esto tendría un costo adicional de cincuenta y nueve ($59) dólares. Este servicio lo que incluye es la limpieza de exterior e interior de la máquina y un enjuague (flushing) del sistema de la máquina.
6. Ya finalizado esto, debe firmar el Work Order Form, certificando que ha leído, entendido y aceptado los Términos y Condiciones. Los Términos y Condiciones del Work Order Form son:
"Antes de dejar el equipo usted entiende y acepta que el monto de "Full Inspection" debe estar pago, al igual que el "Express Service" si así lo solicita. De no solicitar el "Express Service" usted acepta que su equipo puede estar en turno de reparación de 1-3 semanas. Al llegar el turno se inspeccionará el equipo y se le llamará para notificar diagnóstico y costo de reparación. En esta notificación usted tiene oportunidad de aprobar o no la reparación. De ser aprobada se procede a reparar y se le llamará tan pronto pueda recogerla. La factura puede pagarse antes o al momento de recoger el equipo. El equipo no será entregado hasta completar el monto de su factura. Al firmar este documento usted entiende y acepta que de no recoger el equipo luego del periodo de treinta (30) días de haber sido notificado podemos disponer del mismo por los gastos de servicios incurridos e igualmente en el caso de que el mismo no haya podido ser arreglado."

Mytee® Limited Warranty Policy
Mytee, LLC endeavors to provide high quality products and product support to its customers and therefore backs up all of its new products purchased from Mytee, LLC (Mytee) or any authorized Mytee distributor/service center with this limited warranty. Mytee warrants against all manufacturer’s defects, defects in workmanship, and defects in material only. This limited warranty begins on the date of the customer purchase and is valid and available to the original purchaser only. Products sold by Mytee are designed specifically for commercial, industrial or institutional use by adult persons knowledgeable of the proper application and operation of the products. Mytee does not warrant in any way, any product that evidences misapplication, abuse, lack of maintenance, negligence in use or care, abnormal use, alteration
of design, use of incompatible or corrosive chemicals, use in a rental service, and/or servicing, installation of parts, or repairs by anyone other than Mytee or a Mytee authorized distributor or service center. You are advised not to use these products without appropriate training or operational knowledge.
1- YEAR PARTS AND LABOR LIMITED WARRANTY
Mytee will cover parts and labor for all components on all new Mytee equipment for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to defects in workmanship and materials as determined by the manufacturer, and covers the cost of replacement and labor by a Mytee authorized distributor or service center. This warranty does not cover wear parts that are consumed normally as result of usage or the passage of time. Shipping will be covered at Mytee’s sole discretion, with a shipping company of Mytee’s choosing. Spare parts purchased from us directly will receive this same coverage for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
2-YEAR MAJOR COMPONENTS WARRANTY
Mytee warrants that pumps, vacuum and floor machine motors, and heaters are covered for a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply and is void if the pump, vacuum motor, or heater has worn motor brushes, water damage, freezing, chemical build-up, chemical damage, or evidence of abuse, neglect or tampering. This warranty covers the cost of replacement only, and does not cover shipping or labor costs.
10-YEAR LIMITED HOUSING WARRANTY
Mytee warrants that all rotationally molded housing and tanks will be free from manufacturing defects, defects in workmanship, and defects in material for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply and is void if there is evidence of abuse or neglect. Replacement does not include the cost of shipping or labor.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Mytee has no obligation to honor the limited warranties set forth herein unless the original purchaser, promptly upon discovering the warranty claim and prior to continuing to use the product, contacts Mytee or a Mytee authorized distributor or service center to describe the claim and to receive and follow instructions for documenting and resolving the claim. In addition, the purchaser must provide the product to which the claim applies to Mytee or a Mytee authorized distributor or service center for a thorough inspection. Mytee does not warrant or honor work not performed by an authorized distributor or service center.
Thermax CP3
The Thermax CP3 is warranted to be free from Manufacturers defect for a period of one (1) year on all non-electrical and electrical components.1) Warranty extended only to original owner. Proof of purchase required.
Brass quick-disconnects, “O” rings, diaphragms, seals, grommets, gaskets, or any rubber or synthetic rubber or rubber-like parts are considered expendable in normal use and service, therefore are not included in this warranty.
The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing with Manufacturer’s specified replacement parts, free of charge and without charge for installation, and parts that prove, in the judgement of the Manufacturer or its authorized service center, to be defective in material or workmanship.
WARNING ON CLEANING SOLUTIONS: Use of other than Thermax cleaning solutions will void warranty. Must use defoamer in recovery tank of CP3.
This warranty shall not apply: (1) to normal maintenance services or adjustments, including, but not limited to, cleaning of the system as recommended by the Manufacturer; nor (2) to systems which shall have been altered or used in any way which, in the opinion of the Manufacturer or its service center, adversely affects the performance; nor (3) shall this warranty apply if the serial number is missing, altered, or defaced, or in the case of a defect or damages resulting from inadequate voltage, blown fuses, damage due to freezing, accidental damage to finish or components, abuse, misuse or act of God.
We request that the original owner write or call for authorization to return any items under warranty. Defective parts under warranty must be returned to Manufacturer for inspection unless otherwise authorized by Manufacturer. Upon inspection and Manufacturer determination, proper action regarding warranty will be taken, including an appropriate refund, credit on parts, labor or shipping. This warranty also excludes any rental equipment expenses incurred or loss of business claims of any nature due to break down of the system.
There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, and this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, and expressly limits the term of this warranty, any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect in or non-performance of or use of the Thermax CP3 cleaning system and under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for any claimed or consequential damages arising there from.
NOTICE: Failure to complete and return the attached warranty card or to register warranty online at thermaxaf.com within thirty (30) days from date of purchase shall render this warranty null and void. Warranty card must be returned to Manufacturer! Staple your copy of the warranty card to this manual.

The Thermax CP5 is warranted to be free from Manufacturers defect for a period of three (3) years on all non-electrical and electrical components. Warranty extended only to original owner. Proof of purchase required.
