These terms and conditions apply to the gift card issued by The Detail Culture. By purchasing, using, or accepting this card, you agree to comply with the following terms:

**1. Card Use:** This gift card is valid for purchases at The Detail Culture and its participating locations. It can be used to buy goods and services but cannot be redeemed for cash.

**2. Balance and Expiration:** The card has an available balance that can be checked in-store or online. The card does not have an expiry date, but it is recommended to use it within a reasonable timeframe.

**3. Loss or Theft:** The Detail Culture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. The cardholder is responsible for its safekeeping. The original purchase receipt may be required to replace a lost card.

**4. Non-Refundable:** This gift card is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash refunds will be given for any remaining amount on the card.

**5. Use and Restrictions:** This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. It cannot be used for online payments if the store does not offer that option.
